Using gas detection techniques, Delta T Technologies will test the integrity of your Plate Heat Exchanger plates without having to open the unit. Gas Testing is conducted by pressurising one side of the heat exchanger with gas whilst the other side circulates air; the air is then tested for gas content. This testing method is particularly useful for sanitized systems in the Food & Beverage Industry. This ensures minimal risk of product cross-contamination for your business by picking up faults before you know they exist.
Using the latest technology, Delta T will test Pasteuriser holding tubes, (measuring short and long time pasteurisation holding period) so that your equipment is certified for audit.
