Spray Booth and Integrated Dark Room suitable for Crack Testing of any sized plate using WA’s only High-Density Light Table to minimise downtime and a Water Soluble Green Penetrant that is visible under Ultra Violet light.
Genuine and After Market Plate & Gasket Replacement
Regasketing service of clip-flow and glued gaskets. On-site custom-built gas oven specifically used to vulcanise glued gaskets as per design specifications
Port Liner Dye Penetration Testing and in-house welding of Port Liner replacements
Carry and guide bar repair to ensure correct alignment
2 Part Epoxy Coating of Frame to minimise Frame Corrosion
Heat Exchanger reassembly to OEM specified plate configuration utilising state-of-the-art tooling for precise tightening and torques
